Sa Pa welcomed 20,000 tourists in four holidays of New Year 2013

According to statistics from 2012, the number of tourists to Sa Pa is 610 000 passengers; it is 10 times higher than the similar number in 2011. In winter this year, the weather is sunny, so the forest peach in Na Hoi, Ta Chai, Ban Pho of Bac Ha in Lao Cai Province is early flowering.

In early December, the upland ethnic groups in Bac Ha and a large number of tourists visited and was shocked because they were watching the forest peach which blooms early on the mountainside. In the opinion of the local people, in this year, the peach blooms earlier than normal condition is almost two months.

The forest peaches blossom after 20 days and then bread down. The leaves and flowers of the forest peaches blossom in Bac Ha and Sa Pa are near the cherry blossom in Japan that was field to test in the Sapa tourism area.
