Each stage requires a separate art; it is very meticulous and elaborate. A paint process for a product must spend through 3 to 6 months to ensure about the requirements for the quality.

There is a consensus of the groups as artisans, workers, the involved businesses. On 29st – Aug - 2006, Binh Duong Lacquer & Sculpture Association was established in the decision No. 3838/QD-UBND of Binh Duong Province People's Committee. The association will be an important bridge, which contribute to preserving and promoting the strengths of a traditional lacquer craft in a Southern Vietnam’s province.
