This decision is also the basis for Hai Phong City to prepare for the complete submission to the Council of National Heritage, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Earlier, the National Heritage Council consists of 27 members met with the Committee of UNESCO Vietnam and the People's Committee of Hai Phong city. They approved dossiers for the submission to UNESCO for recognition of Cat Ba Island - Long Chau as the World Natural Heritage.
Council has assessed the quality and preparation. The construction of Hai Phong city records showed clear content to highlight the value of bio-diversity and natural values of Cat Ba Island - Long Chau.
National Heritage Council has adopted and records required to edit content on a number of points, and this before the Prime Minister for approval in time for the completion of the dossier to be submitted to UNESCO.
